Our latest Spotlight on Extra Care film examines how an Extra Care
Housing setting allows for a reabling approach to care delivery,
enabling many residents to improve skills and regain confidence and
independence that may have been lost in a setting without support.

Housing’ video series.
The Housing LIN present the second film of our ‘Spotlight on Extra
Care’ series. We hear personal stories, as well as from professionals
and practitioners who discuss ways in which ECH can improve quality of
life for those with dementia.
‘What is Extra Care Housing?’ is the first film of the Housing LIN’s
video series to coincide with their 2018 Annual Conference. The video
promotes the need for Extra Care Housing with voices of residents, care
assistants and industry professionals.
